How does the Sleepbuds® minimize EMF exposure?Updated a month ago

We understand that there are concerns about EMF exposure, and therefore have made an effort with this product to minimize that exposure as much as possible.

The Sleepbuds® make use of BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) to communicate with the case, which is lower energy than Bluetooth Classic or WIFI and therefore lower EMF exposure for the user than other devices, like a phone or laptop. Additionally, because we expect users to be exposed to the buds for roughly 8 hours a day, we've added an additional feature to turn off all communication between the buds and the case. Though this will prevent streaming while it's on, it will also further reduce the EMF exposure.

To activate this feature, connect to your device in the Ozlo mobile app, navigate to the Bluetooth settings, and select "Disabled". This will start a ten minute countdown, during which you can still make changes to the device settings, and afterwards will fully isolate the buds and case from both your mobile phone and from each other. From that point on, no more communication will occur with the buds until they are placed back into the charging case.
