Microphone data always 0Updated 2 hours ago

Please follow the steps below to help resolve issues when microphone data is 0.

• Make sure the microphone isn’t disabled in the Sleep Settings.

• If a pin was ever inserted into the microphone hole instead of the reset hole, that can cause damage to the microphone which will look like this (add Picture of back)

• If you are confident this did not happen, there might be something obstructing or blocking the case microphone. 

  • Attempt to remove an obstruction and test again. If this does not fix the issue, the microphone might be too damaged to function.
