If you&apos;re getting errors and are unable to complete the update of your Sleepbuds&#xAE; via the OZLO Sleep App, please make sure to check the steps below. We recommend you go through these options in order. Often the first item will resolve the issue, if it doesn&apos;t, continue to the next one, etc. 1. Make sure to keep both Sleepbuds&#xAE; in your Smart Case and leave the lid open during the entire update process. You might also want to check if the Sleepbuds&#xAE; are properly seated on the case. The update will resume once both Sleepbuds&#xAE; are placed in the Smart Case and the lid is open. Make sure the phone stays near the case for the duration of the update!2. Keep your Smart Case plugged into a power source so it&apos;s charging during the entire update process. The update will resume once you plug in the Smart Case. If you have another USB-C Cable or Wall Adapter, you might want to try using those since a faulty cable/adapter might also cause the update to fail.3. If you get an error that your Sleepbuds&#xAE; can&apos;t be found, make sure that your Smart case is within 10 feet from your phone during the update. Depending on whether the case update has been completed or not, you might be able to resume the update or you might have to restart completely.4. You may also want to ensure that you have the latest version of the OZLO Sleep App. You may update the app via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store. (Android)5. You may also uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store. (Android) and retry installing the firmware update afterward.6. If you&apos;re still unable to update via the OZLO Sleep App after all the above steps and you have access to a computer, we recommend updating via our Online Updater instead by following these steps:6.1. Connect the Sleep Buds to a computer using a USB cable and open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and go to <a href="http://update.ozlosleep.com">http://update.ozlosleep.com</a> .6.2: Open the Smart Charging Case.6.3: Tap &apos;Connect Sleepbuds&apos;.6.4: Select the product from the pop-up screen and tap &apos;Connect&apos;.6.5: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Update Now. This process should take about 30 minutes to complete. If you&apos;re getting errors and unable to complete the update of your Sleepbuds&#xAE; via our Online Updater, please make sure to check the steps below. We recommend you go through these options in order. Often the first item will resolve the issue, if it doesn&apos;t, continue to the next one, etc. Warning:&#xA0;Please make sure the Ozlo Sleep App on your phone is closed/swiped away before using the Ozlo Website Updater.If you can&apos;t get to the update page:1. Make sure that you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge when accessing <a data-fr-linked="true" href="http://update.ozlosleep.com">http://update.ozlosleep.com</a>.2. Try using a different USB-C cable or USB port on your computer. A faulty cable or USB port might also cause your computer to not detect the Sleepbuds&#xAE; or cause the update to fail.&#xA0;3. Restart your computer and try to connect againIf the update fails to begin:1. Unplug and plug the case back in to the computer and refresh the webpage.2. Try using a different USB-C cable or USB port on your computer. A faulty cable or USB port might also cause your computer to not detect the Sleepbuds&#xAE; or cause the update to fail.&#xA0;If the update fails during Smart Case transfer:1. Wait until the case stops the rocking LEDs animation.2. Restart the update.3. Make sure the webpage is the primary focus on your computer- switching tabs or using too much CPU can cause the updater to not have enough resources to perform the update and fail.4. Ensure that the computer does not fall asleep during the update process.5. If failures continue, attempt to update via a mobile phone with the Ozlo Sleep app.If the update fails during Left Bud, Right Bud, or Bluetooth transfers:1. Keep the case plugged in and wait at least 30 minutes. Once the Smart Case transfer is complete, the rest of the updates happen automatically. The device may appear to reboot, disconnect from the sleepbuds, and turn off LEDs for several minutes. This is all expected, and the case should not be touched during this time.2. Under no circumstances should a new Firmware update be started while the LEDs on the case are still rocking, especially if the update appears to fail on the bud or Bluetooth transfers. Warning:&#xA0;Starting a new transfer at this point can damage the device.3. When the case LEDs stop rocking, check the Firmware version and ensure it is the desired version. If it is not, and the case has normal LED behavior (bud LEDs glowing in a static or 1/s frequency, center lights not rocking) then it is safe to start a new Firmware update. Often the first item will resolve the issue, if it doesn&apos;t, continue to the next one, etc. 1. Check Your Internet ConnectionEnsure you&apos;re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network. A weak connection might prevent the app from updating.2. Restart Your DeviceSometimes a simple restart can resolve update issues. Turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.3. Check for Available StorageLack of storage space can prevent apps from updating. Go to your phone&apos;s storage settings and check if there&#x2019;s enough free space for the update.4. Check for System UpdatesSometimes an app won&#x2019;t update if your phone&apos;s operating system (OS) is outdated. Check for any available OS updates and install them.6. Force Stop and Restart the App Store/Play Store.For Android: Go to Settings &gt; Apps &gt; Google Play Store and select Force Stop. Reopen the Play Store and try updating again.For iOS: Swipe up or double-tap the Home button to force close the App Store, then reopen it and try again.7. Uninstall and Reinstall the AppIf the issue persists, uninstall the OZLO Sleep App and reinstall it. Note: You may need to log back into the app after reinstalling.
